[2025 KISTOCK] Notice for Chinese Agencies _ July 21, 2025

As previously announced, the conditions for free hotel accommodation are clearly defined based on the agreement between KISTOCK and each agency.

By checking the number of booths your company has applied for, you can determine whether you are eligible for one or two hotel rooms. 

No more than two rooms will be provided.

Each room is a twin room with two beds, which means up to two people can stay in one room. Breakfast is also included for two guests per room.

If you are eligible for two rooms, this means you will have a total of four beds and accommodations for up to four people.

No additional free accommodation will be provided under any circumstances.

If you require additional rooms or have more guests than the allowed number, you must make a separate reservation and payment 

(The cost for those who made additional reservations beyond the complimentary offer) directly with the hotel. 

No complimentary accommodation is provided for agency staff.

Please note that all complimentary accommodations have already been booked in advance by KISTOCK based on our contract with the hotel.

When checking in, simply provide the company name, your name, and your contact number as used during the KISTOCK application. 

There is no need to make a separate reservation for the complimentary rooms.

If you would like to make a reservation for extra rooms,

you must book and pay for any extra rooms directly with the hotel except for the 2-night stay on September 10th, 11th, and 12th. 

(Please remember that we provide 2 nights of complimentary accommodation from September 10 to 12.)

Just be sure you understand what is included in the complimentary offer, and settle the payment for anything beyond that upon arrival.

To reiterate, please refer to the breakdown below for your accommodation eligibility:

<Complimentary offer : September 10 to 12 / 2nights 3days>

① Exhibitors with 1 to 3 booths :

- 1 Twin Room (2 beds)

- Breakfast for 2 guests

②  Exhibitors with 4 or more booths:

- 2 Twin Rooms (4 beds)

- Breakfast for 4 guests

This is the full extent of the accommodation service provided for agency clients.

We have been informed by hotel staff of inquiries and behavior that are not in line with the agreed-upon regulations. 

If everyone follows the terms of the agreement, there should be no confusion or unreasonable requests.

Please be advised to avoid discussing any arrangements beyond the official agency policy with hotel staff.

If such unreasonable claim or complications continue, KISTOCK may consider additional restrictions.
