    No, It is NOT available.

     

    As for Fascia Board, it will print in same design and process at once.

    Therefore, it is NOT able to inserting LOGO on the fascia board. 

  • Q7. What is KISTOCK Security Plan? keyboard_arrow_down
    A

    KISTOCK Committee and Secretariat office provide 24 hours security service from the beginning to the end; in order to secure exhibitors and products.


    All exhibitors must take care of own booth, by keeping the booth all the time.


    Please apply any insurance individually, for the high-priced products or equipment, in case of situation; such as robbery, lost.


    Especially, please be aware of keeping small size product or belongings. 

  • Q6. How to participate the Korea International Livestock Expo as a visitor? keyboard_arrow_down

    KISTOCK has been held once in 2 years, since 1999.

    Korea International Livestock Expo 2025 would be held from September 10(Wed.)~12(Fri.), 2025, 

    at Daegu EXCO(West Wing) 1F indoor and outdoor exhibition space.

    We are welcoming all visitors to attend our show without admission fee.

     

    Visitor can register in advance from around May.

  • Q5. How can we apply for the additional accommodation or interpreter? keyboard_arrow_down

    Please download the form and fill it out; from [Exhibitor] - [Application Forms 4], for your special request. 

    Then, please submit to Secretariat Office (kistock2025@gmail.com)

    Application form 4 is still under preparation and will be uploaded to the notice in May. It will be available for download then.

     

    If you want to add a date for your stay, you will need to make a reservation in person.

    If you contact the secretariat by email, I will guide you to the accommodation.

  • Q4. Can I apply for the booth location we want? How it would be allocated? keyboard_arrow_down

    Following the KISTOCK 2025 regulations, it is IMPOSSIBLE to choose any location you want excluding the premium space-only.

     

    The committee allocates all exhibitors(except for Premium Space-only), in the order of complete registration, the size of the
    booths, and the category of exhibit.

    
  • Q3. What if the difference between Premium Space-only and Space-only? keyboard_arrow_down

    [The premium Space-only] is slightly different from [the general space-only], as it is located along the main aisle, which sees the highest foot traffic from visitors, with 13 Space-only booths designated in advance.

    Additionally, premium booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with registration closing once the application form is submitted and 50% of the participation fee is paid. The registration status for premium booths will be updated daily at 2:00 PM on the website.

    (A Type: Open on 4 sides / B Type: Open on 3 sides)

  • Q2. What are the differences between Basic, Space-only and Premium Space-only? keyboard_arrow_down

    [Basic Booth] is made of octanium with size of 3m in width, length and 2.4m in height, which is provided in package.

    Each Booth will include a signboard (2950mm * 500mm made of fabric), equipment set (1 Indesk, 1Chair), 1Socket (220V, 1kw - 09:00 ~ 18:00), 

    Needle Punch Carpet and 1 double room (for 2 nighhts).

    *Sumit the equipment form, in any additional rental service (display stand etc.) is required.



     

     

     The [Space-only] offers a floor area of 9(3m x 3m) only, and any booth structure, installations (electricity, water supply, etc.), floor protection, and exhibition items must be arranged directly through the designated suppliers within EXCO, as per the company you apply with. The space-only is divided into general and premium categories, with differences depending on the booth's proximity to the main aisle.

    (The maximum booth construction height is 5 meters.)

    It is mandatory to manage and dispose of industrial waste generated during installation and dismantling by yourself.

     

    The [outdoor booth] is a booth set up in an outdoor space, not indoors, with a tent [MQ tent] measuring 5m in length and width, and a height of 4m.

    Each booth includes a company name sign (5m x 30cm banner material), a set of exhibition items (1 guide desk, 1 chair), and 1 power outlet (220V, 1kW: 09:0018:00). Floor protection (Pytex) must be applied separately (for an additional fee). [See Figure 2]

    All exhibited items must stay within the designated area and cannot extend into public spaces (aisles) or neighboring booths.

    For companies applying for two or more booths, the required number of tents, their location, and the details and weight of all exhibited items must be notified in advance.
