Check the hotel accommodation service for overseas exhibitors who have applied to participate!!

Accommodation will be offered free of charge under the following conditions.

All reservations are made under name of each exhibiting company.

For any additional nights or special requests, please contact the hotel independently.

Any additional charges are to be settled individually.

To avoid any confusion or errors in the final billing process by the secretariat, (When checking in at the hotel) please ensure that your hotel booking includes your exhibiting company’s name, your name, phone number!!

"For instance, if our company applies for three booths, we will be eligible to receive one complimentary twin room. 

 A twin room can accommodate two persons."

  ①  1~3 booth :  1 twin room (2 beds) + Breakfast  [for 2 people] 

  ②  More than 4 booths :  2 twin rooms (4 beds) + Breakfast  [for 4 people]
